Becamex Tokyu starts construction of SORA Gardens SC

​PORTAL - On the morning of December 28, in Binh Duong New City (Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City), Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of SORA Gardens SC and inaugurated SORA Gardens II Apartment Building.

Attending were Mr. Watanabe Nobuhiro - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Vo Van Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Board of Directors' Chairman of Becamex IDC; leaders' representatives of provincial departments, committees and branches.

The SORA Gardens SC with an area of 5,000 m2 is built at the gateway of Binh Duong New City. In addition to outstanding commercial facilities such as retail areas, restaurants, cinemas etc., SORA Gardens SC is also selected by the AEON (Japan) supermarket system to deploy the first "Compact General Merchandise Store - Compact GMS" model in Vietnam. This is an important project in the urban area that the province and the people are very interested in, promising to become the focus of attracting residents to live and work.

The SORA Gardens II apartment building has a total area of 84,000m2, scale of 24 floors with 557 high-class apartments of Japanese quality with green and airy living space and many high-class facilities to bring a comfortable and high-quality lifestyle. The project is implemented by Becamex Tokyu in a joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation - one of the leading Japanese companies in urban development with diverse types of real estate business. Together with SORA Gardens I Apartment building, SORA Gardens II and SORA Gardens SC will form a modern and vibrant residential community at the gateway of Binh Duong New City, contributing to changing the face and enhancing the value of Binh Duong New City.
