The provincial Public security presides over and coordinates with relevant units to strengthen inspection, detection and handling of cases: Illegal entry in the locality, cases of not making medical declaration when moving from other localities or localities with pandemic to the province, not wearing a mask, not complying with regulations on pandemic prevention and control, etc. to strictly and resolutely handle violations; assigns tasks to the commune-level Public security to advise the party executive committees and local authorities to launch extensive mass movements at the grassroots level, mobilize each citizen, each family, residential group or residential area to actively detect and report on the above cases for handling as regulated.
The Steering Committee for Covid-19 pandemic Prevention and Control at all levels, provincial Industrial Zones Authority, enterprises, plants, factories, concentrated residential areas, business owners of the inns, each residential group/hamlet must strictly manage the workers and residents, require compulsory medical declaration for the subjects coming from places (after the Lunar New Year of Tan Suu), especially from pandemic localities and areas, passing through pandemic areas, etc. in order to better manage the situation, the health of people actively; the supervision team of Covid-19 in the community must promote the role of actively supervising, detecting and reporting to authorities about avoidance and violation cases, etc.
The Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of districts, towns and cities coordinates with relevant units to mobilize the Board of directors of pagodas, churches, worship places, etc. to stop organizing activities with crowded people on holidays and strictly comply with the Prime Minister's Directive no. 15/CT-TTg dated March 27, 2020 at these places accordingly, in order to effectively prevent and control the pandemic.

The Department of Transport coordinates with the Department of Health and relevant units and localities to review and make a list of parking stops for long-distance bus routes passing through Binh Duong province to develop a plan of supervision and sampling for SARS-CoV-2 test as directed by the Ministry of Health in Official Dispatch no. 981/BYT-DP dated February 11, 2021.
Besides, agreeing to remove the lockdown for areas that have fully ensured the conditions of lockdown removal; authorizing the Chairman of the District People's Committee to issue a Decision on lockdown removal for the locked-down areas after completing the prescribed lockdown period as well as ensuring the safety of Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control; at the same time, requesting people, after removing the lockdown, to commit to self-monitoring their health, strictly following the "5K" principle in Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control, writing diaries of daily activities, installing apps for medical declarations, etc.
Department of Health, Department of Finance urgently coordinate to advise and propose procurement of medical equipment (testing machines, etc.) in accordance with regulations in the pandemic prevention and control conditions, prepare the necessary conditions to put into operation the Covid-19 laboratory in Binh Duong, ensuring the pandemic prevention and control as soon as possible.
