Binh Duong International Women's Cycling Tournament – the 9^th Biwase Cup 2019 grand opened on March 8^th, 2019 with the participation of 16 domestic and international female bicycling teams. The tournament consists of 09 races with the total length of 850 km, going through 07 provinces: Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong.

As a result, the 1^st prize went to Japanese team, the 2^nd prize went to Samyang, Korea and the 3^rd prize went to Biwase Binh Duong.

Final Golden Shirt (Best achievement racer) belongs to athlete Kashiki Shoko (Japan); Final green shirt (Racer with the best sprint record in every stage) belongs to athlete Jutatip Maneephan (Thailand); Final red shirt (Queen climbing) belongs to athlete Tsubasa Makise (Biwase Binh Duong); Final white shirt (Young prospective athletes) belongs to athlete Nguyen Thi Kim Cuong (Can Tho) and Pink Shirt (Miss of Prize) belongs to athlete Arianna Fidanza (High Ambition 2020 Inter - Japan).
