The total number of online public services eligible not to receive paper documents under the handling competence of departments, committees and branches is 666 administrative procedures (APs) in 91 fields.
Eligible online public services that do not receive paper documents under the jurisdiction of the district-level People's Committees have 45 APs in 15 fields; Eligible online public services that do not receive paper documents under the jurisdiction of the Commune-level People's Committee have 20 APs in 09 fields.
Departments, committees and branches, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; People's Committees of communes, wards and towns base themselves on the list of online public services eligible deploy effectively and in accordance with regulations and periodically review to advise the PPC Chairman to standardize, adjust, replace and supplement to suit the regulations and actual situation of the province.
Assigning the Department of Information and Communications to chair, and coordinate with other branches and units in, ensuring the conditions for information technology infrastructure, technical standards, digital signatures and other related conditions so that the departments, committees, branches and localities to implement smoothly. At the same time, effectively organizing propaganda and communication to mobilize people and enterpises to participate in online application submission instead of in-person form.
The PPC Office based on its assigned functions, tasks and powers, coordinates with the Department of Information and Communications to monitor, urge and inspect the implementation of the above-mentioned contents, advises and proposes the PPC to direct the settlement of problems arising in the implementation process, ensuring that the provision of online public services is eligible not to receive paper documents in accordance with the provisions of law.
