At the meeting, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Hanh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong province shared with the delegation the results of Binh Duong's PAPI in the period from 2016 to 2020, especially in 2021, Binh Duong province achieved a total score of 47,178/80 points, up 55 places compared to 2020, ranking 2nd in the whole country. In which, 8 PAPI dimensions of Binh Duong all increased, 07 dimensions were ranked in the highest score group, 01 dimension was in the high average score group. This is a very impressive breakthrough, affirming the efforts and consistency in the leadership and direction of the Party committees and authorities at all levels in order to operate the government apparatus at all levels for the people.

Leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and related departments of Binh Duong province also shared with the Delegation the experiences of improving the PAPI such as: Developing reports analyzing the results of each criterion, component criteria of each content and field of the PAPI. Analyzing the strengths, and also point out the difficulties, existence, and limitations and proposing solutions to continue maintaining the high-scoring contents and areas and improve the points and areas that have dropped or failed to score so that the province's PAPI in the following years will be better; promoting information and propaganda work; well organizing the implementation of professional and political tasks of the locality and unit associated with the contents of the PAPI set out, etc.
