Provincial departments and sectors are requested to have specific plans to carry out this Resolution prior to June 30th 2018. The assigned tasks include implementing administrative reform; improving the indexes of business startup, the tasks of licensing and related issues and other matters. Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and organizations will supervise the implementation of this Resolution, mobilize people and businesses to discuss and contribute ideas as well as organize forum to create favorable conditions for people and enterprises to praise their ideas.
