The authorization period is from April 26, 2025, until the end of December 31, 2025. Should there be any changes or additions to legal regulations during the implementation process, the Department of Agriculture and Environment shall proactively report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration of amendments, supplements, or replacements as appropriate.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for complying with all relevant legal regulations concerning the authorized content; it is not permitted to re-authorize any other organization or individual to perform the duties and powers delegated in the Decision; it must correctly execute the authorized contents; and it shall be accountable to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and before the law for the performance of the authorized contents.
The Department is permitted to use the seal of the Department of Agriculture and Environment within the scope of authorization during the performance of duties and powers delegated by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; it must prepare and ensure resources for the effective execution of authorized contents; comply with the inspection plan for authorized contents; and compile data and report annual inspection results periodically to the Provincial People's Committee regarding the authorized contents.
For establishments subject to inspection under the 2025 Plan issued by the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) in Decision No. 688/QD-STNMT dated December 31, 2024, inspections shall continue until completion.
