According to the table of rankings, Da Nang continued to lead the country in terms of digital transformation in 2023 with a value of 0.8340 followed by Ho Chi Minh City and Thua Thien - Hue.
The Ministry of Information and Communications evaluated the value of all 03 provincial-level transformation index pillars had growth: The Digital Government Index valued at 0.7240, a growth of 11.9%; The Digital Economic Index valued at 0.6817, a growth of 6.6%; The Digital Social Index is worth 0.6783, growth of 18.2%.
This is the 4th year the Ministry of Information and Communications has evaluated the DTI at the ministry and provincial levels. From the DTI, ministries, branches, and localities can monitor and evaluate in a substantive, objective, and fair manner the results of implementing the annual digital transformation from which policy planning, and implementation of digital transformation for socio-economic development.
