The arrangement of the Innovative Collaboration Space at Thu Dau Mot University is in the program of research cooperation, training, fostering, and providing scientific services among Thu Dau Mot University, the Academy of Science, Technology and Innovation, and the Ministry of Science and Technology. This space will connect resources inside and outside the University, creating favorable conditions for establishing and developing creative start-up projects from coming up with ideas to expanding to the market.

According to the collaborative program, Thu Dau Mot University and the Academy of Science, Technology, and Innovation will coordinate and organize research and training activities, and intensive training courses to improve the capacity of innovation, management, and technology commercialization for businesses. In addition, the two sides will organize the service activities of science and technology and promote the transfer and development of technology products. At the same time, it is necessary to establish research groups of science and technology.

Dr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Rector of Thu Dau Mot University said that the announcement event of the Innovative Collaborative Space not only proves the close and trusting relationship between the two sides but also demonstrates the collective determination to promote innovation, develop the startup ecosystem and contribute to the sustainable development of Binh Duong in particular and Southern area in general. He believes that the Innovative Collaboration Space will soon become a "convergence of essence" place in the innovative startup ecosystem of Binh Duong, the region, and the whole country. That will create many achievements to promote the development of science, technology, and innovation in Viet Nam.
