The conference approved the report on socio-economic development, defense - security; Party building and political system in the first 9 months of 2022. Accordingly, the Provincial Standing Party Committee has drastically directed and promptly removed difficulties and obstacles, organized many important and practical events, creating trust and excitement for enterprises and people. The province's socio-economic situation continued to prosper and achieved many positive results. Among 18 key socio-economic targets and Party development, so far, 04/18 targets have been achieved or exceeded the plan; 12/18 targets reaching 50 - 85% are expected to complete the plan by the end of the year; 02/18 remaining targets are low and may not complete the plan in 2022 (number of doctors per ten thousand people; number of hospital beds per ten thousand people).
Gross regional domestic product (GRDP) was estimated to increase by 7.36% over the same period in 2021 (up by 1.48% over the same period). It is expected that GRDP growth in 2022 will reach the set plan.
Total budget revenue was estimated at 48,500 billion VND, reaching 81% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council, equal to the same period last year. Total budget expenditure was 11,530 billion VND (57% of the estimate, equal to 92% over the same period).
The province has attracted 66,468 billion VND in domestic business registration capital (up 5% over the same period) and 2 billion 619 million USD in foreign investment capital (reaching 145% of the plan, up 74% over the same period).
Export turnover was estimated at over 27 billion USD, up 11.9% over the same period in 2021; import turnover was estimated at more than 19 billion USD, down 1.6%; maintaining a trade surplus of 7.8 billion USD.
In the 2022-2023 school year, the province has not increased tuition fees and service revenues for all levels of education.
Party building, government construction and activities of mass organizations continued to be consolidated and promoted effectively, gaining the trust and support of enterprises and people.

Synchronously investing in Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, An Tay port, Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh Expressway, industrial and urban infrastructure, information technology, science and technology to create driving force for development in the new period. In the field of culture - society, focusing on effectively handling the backlog problems of procurement of drugs and medical equipment; establishing a centralized shopping center for medical equipment and supplies. Speeding up and putting into use the 1,500-bed General Hospital; at the same time, promoting the preparation for investment in the 2,000-bed terminal hospital in the province. At the same time, maintaining order and security, especially worker security, economic security, rural security, strengthening the suppression of crimes, speeding up the progress of security camera and traffic projects, cleaning population data for management. Regarding the orientation for 2023, the Secretary noted that based on the direction of the Central Government and the practical situation of the province, socio-economic targets must be comprehensive, in-depth, mobilizing all resources from the central government and investing in ODA to create space for development; budget revenue increased by 10-15%. In addition to key traffic works, it is also necessary to pay attention to quickly completing traffic works in quarters, lanes and alleys. At the same time, developing policies on training and attracting high-quality human resources, social housing policies, housing for low-income people and other policies as required.
"In the remaining 3 months of 2022, it is necessary to focus more, make more efforts, each level and each branch should review and develop specific plans and scenarios for the implementation of goals and tasks in 2023 - the pivotal year of the 2020-2025 term. At the conference, the the Provincial Party Committee implemented the cadre process to consolidate and supplement the title of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 tenure; introduce 03 additional comrades to join the Executive Committee of Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure and elect 02 additional members of the Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure to ensure compliance with regulations. The conference also approved a number of amendments and supplements to the working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure.
