Specifically, regarding the road prohibited from traffic: National Highway 13, section from Phuoc Kien 5-way intersection to Vinh Binh bridge; My Phuoc - Tan Van road, section from intersection of My Phuoc - Tan Van road with Phu Loi street to intersection of My Phuoc - Tan Van road with DT.743a road - bordering Thuy Chau tourist area; DT.743 road, section from intersection of My Phuoc - Tan Van road with Phu Loi street to intersection of DT.743b road with Doc Lap street (Song Than 1 Industrial Park); Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, section from National Highway 13 to Phu Loi Street; Huynh Van Cu street, section from Phuoc Kien 5-way intersection to Ben Do junction; DT.747 road, section from Ong Cu Temple crossroads to Ong Tiep bridge.
Regarding the time frame and types of vehicles prohibited from traffic, for trailers and semi-trailers: Traffic is prohibited on the above routes in the time frame: Morning from 06:00 to 8:00, afternoon from 16:30 to 18:30. For trucks (except for trailers and semi-trailers): Trucks with a transport volume of more than 10 tons are prohibited from traffic on the above routes at noon from 11:00 to 13:00.
Assigning the Department of Transport to coordinate with the provincial police, district, town and city police to closely monitor the traffic situation when officially implementing the traffic diversion plan; in the process of implementation, if any problems arise, the Department of Transport shall actively coordinate with relevant localities and units to advise and propose the PPC to direct and adjust accordingly; continue to coordinate with other branches to survey and study solutions to limit the intersection of traffic flows at An Phu 6-way intersection.
The Department of Information and Communications presides over and coordinate with the Department of Transport, Binh Duong Newspaper, Binh Duong Radio - Television Station and media units inside and outside the province to organize timely provision of information to the people, enterprises and related organizations and individuals on specific and detailed contents related to the official implementation of the traffic diversion plan.
People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot City, People's Committee of Di An City, People's Committee of Thuan An City, People's Committee of Tan Uyen Town and BOT enterprises continue to review and fully supplement signs prohibiting traffic on main roads and branch roads; arrange signs prohibiting stopping and parking for vehicles prohibited from traffic in the prohibited road section, prohibited time frame and branch roads with high traffic density.
People's Committees of Thuan An and Di An cities urgently recover the site and hand it over to the investor for the construction of the project of upgrading and expanding DT.743; Becamex IDC Corp directs functional departments to concentrate equipment, machinery and human resources to accelerate construction and complete the project of upgrading and expanding DT.743 (especially the overpass at the 550 crossroads).
