​PORTAL - The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, committees, branches and localities based on the direction of the Provincial Party Committee in Notice no. 233-TB/TU dated October 11, 2021 to urgently and seriously perform the assigned tasks, ensuring timeliness, efficiency and quality.​

Accordingly, localities continue to perfect the model of mobile medical stations in communes, wards and in industrial parks and clusters. Mobile medical stations must be able to organize screening, classifying F0 for effective treatment; develop regulations on coordination in handling when detecting F0 between local authorities and industrial parks and clusters; have a preliminary plan for a preliminary review of the mobile medical station model by the end of October 2021.

The Department of Health coordinates with the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to advise the Provincial People's Committee on specific plans on funding, human resources to be trained, equipped, etc. to serve the treatment in the province.

Regarding new outbreaks, localizing as small and narrow as possible to suppress the pandemic and implement treatment on the spot, assigning Thu Dau Mot city to summarize this model and report to the Steering Committee.

The Health branch studies testing methods in the new situation, preliminarily reviews the results of testing, reorganizes testing methods and the return of PCR results to report to the Steering Committee. At the same time, continuing to deploy rapid vaccination when allocated, giving priority to workers and employees to restore production and perform construction works.

People's Committees of districts, towns and cities set up inspection teams to review, correct and rearrange the activities of the boarding houses to ensure safety, hygiene for pandemic prevention and control as prescribed. Continuing to implement well the support policies of the Central Government and the province for people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic; at the same time, reviewing those who have not yet received the policy to expeditiously spend support as prescribed.

The provincial Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front in coordination with relevant mass organizations continues to organize volunteering models to help people, workers and employees in difficulty; organizes the distribution of relief goods to people in difficult and disadvantaged circumstances.

Relevant branches conduct post-inspection of enterprises organizing production according to the model of "03 green", "03 on the spot", "1 road, 2 destinations", promptly removing difficulties, correcting limitations and shortcomings in order to ensure safe production; at the same time, have a plan to control employees returning to Binh Duong to ensure safety for pandemic prevention and control.

The Provincial Police in coordination with the Provincial Military Command continue to strengthen the work of ensuring security and order; keep the inter-provincial checkpoints, especially those bordering Ho Chi Minh City. The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities have plans to calculate and arrange forces to replace the support forces of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense when completing their tasks to ensure local security and order.​
