PORTAL - According to the Department of Health's report, from 17:00 on July 22, 2021 to 6:00 on July 23, 2021, Binh Duong recorded 57 new cases, bringing the total number of Covid-19 cases since the 4th outbreak in the province to 5,425 cases.
Out of 57 new cases, 19 were detected at medical facilities; 09 cases detected in the isolation area; 23 cases in the blockade area; 06 cases through community screening. By area, Di An city has 28 cases, Thu Dau Mot city has 14 cases, Thuan An city has 10 cases, Tan Uyen town has 2 cases, Phu Giao district has 1 case; 02 other provinces and cities.
Accumulated in Binh Duong, there were 5,471 cases of Covid-19 (including 32 Vietnamese citizens returning from abroad, regulated by Military Zone 7, 07 foreign experts entered, 5,431 cases of infection in the community, 01 case of illegal entry from Cambodia).
Currently, the whole province has 11 treatment areas for Covid-19 patients with 3,498 patients being treated (newly detected patients are being transferred to treatment areas and some asymptomatic F0 patients are still isolated in temporary isolation areas); including 44 pregnant women, 38 people over 65 years old, 72 people with underlying diseases, 94 people with severe disease. Cumulatively, 360 patients recovered.
After 5 days of extensive screening tests, samples were taken for 509,417 people, the results detected 4,178 people suspected of having Covid-19.
Tracing results at all outbreaks recorded about 12,833 F1 cases, 33,723 F2 cases. Currently, there are 11,945 cases of concentrated medical isolation and 25,321 cases of medical isolation at home and residence.
The Department of Health has issued Plan No. 31/KH-SYT on July 21, 2021 to deploy the 7th phase of Covid-19 vaccination in 2021 in the province; accordingly, it will be deployed from July 22, 2021 to July 29, 2021 for 25,000 people according to the allocation.
