The index of industrial production, total retail sales of goods and service revenue, export and import turnover, total investment for development of the whole society, and credit increased significantly compared to 2019. Export turnover is estimated at 27 billion 443 million USD, increase by 8.5%; continue to reach a trade surplus of nearly 6 billion USD. The province has attracted more than 70,000 billion VND of domestic investment capital, increased by 22% and attracted more 1 billion USD 845 million USD of foreign investment capital, exceeding 32% of the year plan.
Along with economic development, social security and welfare are guaranteed. The province has mobilized 616 billion VND from many sources for thoughtful implementation of social security and welfare, regimes and policies for people with meritorious services, social beneficiaries, the poor and workers, around 80 billion VND will be provided to those affected by the Covid-19 epidemics. Create jobs for about 45,300 workers, the rate of trained workers is estimated at 80%; the rate of people participating in health insurance is estimated at 82%; The rate of poor households according to the multidimensional poverty line is less than 1%.
