​​In PAR work, in 2019 and the first 6 months of 2020, Phu Giao People's Committee will continue to implement the master program on state public administrative reform for the period 2011 - 2020 of the Government; issue and organize the implementation of legal documents, programs and plans for implementation. At the same time, continue to implement the plan to systematize legal documents for the period 2014 - 2018 of the district People's Council. Thereby reviewing, systematizing 294 documents; issued 01 document announcing the systematization of legal documents of the district People's Council; drafted 01  legal document to abolish legal documents that are no longer appropriate; check, notify the inspection result of 01 incorrect legal document issued by the communal People's Council. Conducted inspection according to its competence of 32 dossiers applied administrative handling measures; established 02 teams to inspect authentication, civil status, handle administrative violations, documents and etc.

In 2019 and the first 6 months of 2020, the one-stop shopping department of Phu Giao district received and processed 52,761 dossiers; of which 51,722 dossiers have been resolved, reaching the rate of 98%; 51,355 dossiers have been returned on time, accounting for 99.29%. Particularly, in the first 6 months of 2020, there is no late in returning the dossiers. 1,039 remaining dossiers are in the process. 367 letters of apology have been sent to people. In addition, 2,838 dossiers have been received and processed through the public postal service.

Delivering a speech at the conclusion of the inspection, Mr. Ly Van Dep acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved and the recommendations and proposals of District People's Committee, as well as the difficulties and problems in the process of PAR implementation of the district over the past time. At the same time, it is suggested that the one-stop shopping department of the District People's Committee should do well the advisory work in the construction and arrangement of effective continuous procedures. The District People's Committee has to implement digital signatures as regulations; continue to do well the public administrative reform towards serving the people better and better; creating the satisfaction of people in PAR work at the locality.
