In the past 10 years, the mobilization of female WCSE, especially female workers and employees in enterprises, has always been focused on implementation. Trade Union at all levels play an important role in developing, inspecting and supervising the implementation of legal policies and regimes directly related to female employees and children, representing and protecting legitimate and justifiable rights for female employees. Every year, the provincial LF directs the Trade Union at all levels to take care of material and spiritual life for female employees. Specifically, in 10 years, the funds raised by the Trade Union at all levels with the total amount of over VND 70 billion helped 40.113 WCSE, established 310 branches, clubs of female workers with more than 25,926 participants, 250,690 turns of woman have been provided free medical examination and medicine. Trade unions at all levels combined with the authorities to organize the "Giving Wings to Your Dreams" scholarship to 124,178 students who are children of workers and employees with a total amount of nearly VND 60 billion.

The emulation movement "Good at workplace, responsible for housework" in the period of 2010 - 2020 has attracted a large number of female WCSE to register to participate. Through the movement, it has contributed to raising perception, self-awareness and responsibility of female WCSE for the advancement and development of themselves, their families and the community. In all fields, many female WCSE have raised their sense of responsibility, dedication to work, initiative and creativity in fulfilling their assigned tasks. Up to now, there are 1,905 grassroots Trade Unions (GTU) registering the emulation movement "Good at workplace, responsible for housework" (including 1,076 Non-State GTU), the number of female union members and employees registering to participate achieves 65% of the total female members of Trade Union. As a result, in the past 10 years, there have been nearly 2,500 turns of collective and individual being presented Flags and Certificates of Merit by provincial LF.

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) presented Emulation Flag to the provincial LF and presented Certificates of Merit to 02 collectives and 03 individuals; Binh Duong provincial LF presented Emulation Flags to 05 collectives and presented Certificates of Merit to 17 collectives and 37 individuals with outstanding achievements in the mobilization of female WCSE and the emulation movement "Good at workplace, responsible for housework" period 2010-2020. Simultaneously, the provincial LF presented 36 prizes for the "Beauty in March" photo contest, presented 100 "Giving Wings to Your Dreams" scholarships - Vietinbank in 2020 to WCSE's children in difficult circumstances studying well.
