HISTORY OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Binh Duong Medical College is a public school established under Decision no. 8022/QD-BGDĐT dated December 20, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training on the basis of Binh Duong Medical School.
Formerly known as Song Be Medical School, the College was established under Decision no. 326/QDUB dated 13/06/1978 of Song Be Provincial People's Committee. On January 1, 1997, Song Be Medical School was renamed Binh Duong Medical School.
Since 2007, the School was allowed to train at the college level and changed its name to Binh Duong Medical College. The school is a non-business unit directly under the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province, under the State management of education by the Ministry of Education and Training, and under the management of specialized training content of the Ministry of Health, enjoying the State policy applied to the system of Universities and Colleges.
TRAINING MAJORS
College level: Nursing, Pharmacy, Midwifery
Professional intermediate level: General Nursing, Pharmacists, Midwives, General Practitioners
Elementary level: Pharmacy assistant
In the coming time, the College will expand the training scale of existing majors, open the Midwifery major at college level, retrain, and affiliate with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy to train graduate and postgraduate staff for Health branch of Binh Duong province.
