Accordingly, the Department of Health urgently presides and coordinates with the Department of Information and Communications and relevant departments, agencies, units and localities to first advise the Provincial People's Committee on plans and solutions for mandatory implementation of health declaration in the province in order to respond to the current anti-pandemic situation (note Lunar New Year 2021 is getting closer) appropriately and effectively. A plan for an epidemiological investigation will then be proposed to suit the situation at the appropriate time.
