HISTORY OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Vietnam - Singapore Vocational College was established under Decision 257/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 21, 2008 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs. The college's development is formed on the inheritance of the modern vocational training foundation of Vietnam - Singapore Technical Training Center and the spacious facilities of the former Binh Duong Technical School.
The college is a vocational training institution directly under the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province and directly managed by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in terms of vocational training. Simultaneously, the College is under the State management of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on vocational training.

Inter-transfer training between education levels: from Elementary level.
Thematic training, advanced fostering: Lathing, Milling, Electrical machine maintenance, Industrial electrical installation, Pneumatics – Electropneumatics, Programmable logic control (PLC), Microprocessor technology, CNC Lathing, CNC Milling, CNC Wire Cutting.
Cooperation relationship: Outsource manufacturing, service and technology transfer, design consultancy for thematic training program; jointing ventures and affiliating with domestic and foreign organizations in vocational training activities.
