Accordingly, passenger transport by bus: Permitted to operate up to 50% of the trips according to the approved chart. Passenger transportation by fixed routes: Up to 30% of charted routes are permitted for routes connecting to a province/city in risk group and up to 50% of the charted routes for a low-risk group (at least 01 trip/ route). Passenger transport by contract car or passenger car: Only operate up to 50% of the total number of vehicles of the transport business unit. Passenger transport by taxi: Permitted to operate and strictly comply with the provisions of Official Dispatch No.3837/BGTVT-BCD of April 22, 2020 of the Ministry of Transport on the guidance on Covid-19 disease prevention and control for taxi drivers.
In case of going to the provinces and cities under the risk group that are only allowed when transporting emergency patients, accidents, maternity etc.
Transporting passengers across the river: Permitted to operate in service of transporting passengers up to 01 trip/route/day; for 03 cross-river passenger wharves: Ba Mieu ferry, Hieu Liem ferry and Bach Dang ferry terminal continue to comply with Document 1230/TB-SGTVT dated April 7, 2020 of Binh Duong Department of Transport. Requiring passengers before boarding the vehicle: Electronic medical declaration (or paper medical declaration); check body temperature; hand sanitizer; limit talking, eating and drinking during the trip; Do not spit indiscriminately; encourage natural air on vehicles (open glass doors for taxis, buses etc.) Disinfection of vehicle surfaces before and immediately after the end of the trip; during the moving process, it is necessary to disinfect regularly according to the actual situation.
