​Accordingly, departments, committees, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities urgently review legal documents promulgated by the Central and local governments related to the state management function of their respective branches and units to summarize and report regulations that cause difficulties and inadequacies for the implementation process in the locality, affecting the socio-economic development, people's lives and enterprise activities, especially the regulations that are still not consistent, synchronous, not feasible, no longer suitable with reality; problems related to planning, order and procedures, regulations related to land, construction, funding, human resources; regulations related to decentralization, authorization, etc.

Regarding the contents that have been implemented according to Report no. 189/BC-UBND dated August 01, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on reviewing and recommending amendments and supplements to legal regulations causing obstacles in business investment; requesting departments, committees, branches and localities to continue researching to review and make specific additional recommendations.

Departments, committees, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities urgently implement and send reports on results to the Department of Justice before September 21, 2021 to summarize and report to the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee for consideration and direction.
