According to the speakers, in 2023, after the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chinese Government has many policies to restore the economy such as opening the market and increasing exchanges and cooperation. Seeking and exploiting the potential for cooperation in developing the pharmaceutical industry between Viet Nam and China, speaker Fu Qiang - Chief Engineer, China Sinopharm International Corporation, China said that this is a potential field between the two countries. Speakers discuss at the Plenary Session Sharing about solutions to overcome the middle-income trap, speaker Anson Chan - Chairman and Managing Director, Bonds Group of Companies, Hong Kong, China said that if countries with emerging economies do not find solutions to overcome the middle-income trap, they will not be able to continue to develop. Taking typical examples of countries facing the above situation such as Thailand, Malaysia, and even Viet Nam, speaker Anson Chan cited evidence that we can see why countries with emerging economies that are on the development path gradually stagnate. According to speaker Anson Chan, there are many reasons leading to the above situation such as Corruption, human resource training that does not meet market requirements, etc. China has taken measures to overcome this stagnation, such as fighting corruption, improving the quality of human resource training; upgrading infrastructure in a modern and synchronous way, etc. However, China's economy is still growing slowly compared to the plan. There are many lessons that Viet Nam can refer to from China to find solutions to overcome the above situation. For Viet Nam to overcome the middle-income trap, according to Mr. Anson Chan, policies towards the people are very important. Speaker discusses the current issue of globalization Sharing the issue of innovation, speaker Zhi Peng - Secretary General, Zhongguancun M&A Promotion Association, China said that China has taken the initiative to build world-class parks, with investments in 05 different policies with a total value of 1 billion CNY. There are also enterprise incubators and venture capital funds operating outside of China. The Chinese government also provides support in terms of capital mobilized from within and outside of China; capital support from the national budget. Regarding the potential for enterprises to invest in Viet Nam, speaker Nhan Huc Quan said that the human resource factor in Viet Nam is an issue that enterprises are very concerned about. According to her, corporate income tax in Viet Nam is very good, much lower than in other countries. In the future, there will be many enterprises interested in the Vietnamese market. However, Viet Nam needs to further simplify procedures related to granting work permits to foreign workers. At the same time, it is necessary to build a safe working environment; take care of workers' lives; build a harmonious relationship between enterprises and workers to retain workers with a long-term attachment to the enterprise. | 4/15/2024 11:00 AM | Đã ban hành | Socio - Economic News | | /PublishingImages/2024-04/toancauhoa14-4_Key_140420241731392024_Key_18042024105522.jpg | Xem chi tiết | | 0.000 | 121,000 | 0.000 | 121000 | | 5648 | True | | | Provincial leaders receive the China Federation of Industrial Economics (CFIE) | Provincial leaders receive the China Federation of Industrial Economics (CFIE) | PORTAL - On the afternoon of April 14, at the Administrative Center of Binh Duong province, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies received the delegation of China Federation of Industrial Economics (CFIE), led by Mr. Xiong Meng - Vice Chairman and Secretary General of CFIE, visit the provincial leaders on the occasion of the Horasis China Meeting 2024 in Binh Duong province.

| Accordingly, departments, branches, and localities continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the guiding documents of the Party, the National Assembly, the Government, the Prime Minister, and Plan No. 1210/KH-UBND dated March 22, 2023, of the PPC on strengthening FPF in the new situation in Binh Duong province.
Leaders of agencies, organizations, and localities must pay attention to and well prevent fires, explosions, incidents, and accidents early, remotely, right from the grassroots level. They need to identify this as the main task that must be performed regularly and continuously. It is necessary to continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of laws to heads of facilities and householders to equip them with the knowledge and escape skills when a fire or explosion occurs; and spread effective, good, and typical models and practices on FPF. Moreover, mass media in the province must spend appropriate time, prioritizing the timeframe that people spend on consuming mass media the most to propagate FPF and rescue work. Besides, they must perform well in the management of construction planning, urban planning, and construction order, especially the management of the construction of individual houses with many multi-story apartments; promptly detecting and strictly handling violations according to the provisions of law; not allowing construction projects and facilities to fail to comply with legal regulations on FPF, delay, or not promptly correct violations; strengthening State management in granting operating licenses to projects and works in the province. At the same time, they have to review the task of building the FPF Infrastructure Planning Project for the 2021 - 2030 period, with a vision to 2050 to ensure compliance with local conditions and practical situations and consistency and synchronization with the 10-year economic and social development strategy 2021-2030, the province's economic and social development plan, seriously implementing the tasks of ensuring traffic and water sources for fire fighting and rescue in the area. Moreover, conferences will be organized to connect supply and demand for typical agricultural and industrial products of the district. Focus on solving difficulties and creating conditions for development Presenting the current difficulties that Phu Giao is facing, Mr. Nguyen Khoa Hai – Secretary of the District Party Committee said that the need for capital in the period of 2021 - 2025 to invest in urgent and widespread projects creates momentum for development in a large district. However, the province's allocation targets for the district are low and do not meet investment needs. The work of land valuation is difficult because very few consulting units participate due to the high risk. In addition, the method of comparing similar locations when determining land prices according to current regulations is difficult to implement. It leads to the difficulty of determining land prices and affecting the implementation of works and investment projects. Compensation and resettlement support when recovering land to implement investment projects is difficult because people complain about compensation prices that are not close to market prices. Besides, the preparation of project documents must go through many steps and take time, which leads to fluctuations in land prices. Some criteria for building new rural areas are set, and it is hard to implement in a short time. A significant amount of time and capital resources are required.
