The leaders of the Group assessed that Binh Duong is one of the leading localities in the country in attracting foreign investment with a large workforce living and working here, which creates a very favorable condition to develop the trade - service sector. According to Mr. Philippe Broianigo, Central Retail Group is the largest retailer in Vietnam doing business in shopping centers, food and non-food sectors serving 50% of the Vietnamese population in urban and rural areas. In Vietnam, the Group currently owns 37 shopping centers and 270 stores developed in 40 provinces and cities nationwide. The Group's orientation is to continue to invest in expanding the scale of projects in Vietnam with many entertainment facilities for the people. The investment in building a shopping center in Ben Cat town will contribute to improving the quality of life of Binh Duong people in general and Ben Cat town in particular.

Welcoming the Group's investment in projects, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Truc said that in the 2020-2025 tenure, Binh Duong continues to implement breakthrough programs, including the Program to focus on developing high-quality service industries to meet the requirements of industrial and urban development towards the civilization and modernization. Therefore, the Group's proposal to implement the projects is consent with Binh Duong's development orientation. In addition to implementing the projects in Ben Cat, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee encouraged the Group to further research and develop the projects in many localities in the North of Binh Duong province to contribute to increasing the proportion of the service industry and the quality of life of the people in the North of the province.
