​Accordingly, there are 32 new administrative procedures issued in the field of civil status under the management and settlement scope and functions of the Department of Justice, the settlement competence of the district-level People's Committee and the commune-level People's Committee of Binh Duong province. At the same time, 31 administrative procedures in the field of civil status, which were issued together with Decision 2505/QD-UBND, dated August 31, 2020 of the Binh Duong provincial People's Committee on the publication of standardized administrative procedures under the management and settlement scope and functions of the Department of Justice, the settlement competence of the district-level People's Committee and the commune-level People's Committee of Binh Duong province, were annulled.
