Accordingly, the subjects of selection are those who fully meet the following conditions: regardless of ethnicity, male or female, social class, belief, or religion to register for selection of public servants; have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam; to be 18 years old or above; have an application form for admission; have a clear background; have diplomas, training certificates, practice certificates or have aptitude, skills suitable for the job position; be healthy enough to perform the job or duties and satisfy other conditions as required by the job position determined by the public non-business unit but not be contrary to the provisions of law.
The number and positions to be recruited are synthesized and announced by the Department of Home Affairs according to regulations.
Time: It is expected in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Admission content is subject to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 2 of the Government's Decree No. 161/2018 / ND-CP dated November 29, 2018. Selection of public servants is done in 02 rounds. Round 1: Check the conditions and criteria of the candidates registered in the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position, if appropriate, the candidate is allowed to participate in the 2nd round. The candidates will be notified to convene to the round 2. Round 2: Interview to test the capacity, professional qualifications and skills of the candidates.
A candidate who is selected in the public servants examination must have an interview score of 50 points or more; the score of round 2 plus priority score is higher from top to bottom within the recruited criteria of each job position.
