Delivering the welcoming speech, Dr. Frank-Jürgen Richter expressed his pleasure to welcome delegations from many countries around the world. He was also honored to come to Binh Duong for 02 consecutive years to attend an important event. He highly appreciated the development of Vietnam generally and Binh Duong province particularly. Currently, Vietnam is a country that has a very fast growing momentum in Southeast Asia, in which Binh Duong is a locality focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation. He emphasized that Horasis - Binh Duong 2019 aims to create the most important meeting place in Asia for senior leaders of businesses and the Government. This annual event is considered the ideal forum to be discovered and promoted in many different ways, specifically, regional cooperation, impactful investments and sustainable growth. He hoped, the Forum will create close cooperation within the Asian family to stabilize the regional and global financial system through dialogue and mutual trust. He wished all guests will have a very interesting and rewarding event.
