According to Mr. Kim Dong Ju, despite facing many challenges, his factory in Binh Duong province (in My Phuoc 2 IP. Ben Cat district) still keeps the stable growth, reaching over 60% annual plan in the six first months of 2013. In the future, the company will extend its manufacturing for domestic market as well as South East Asia markets, in which, focusing in South-West, High Land regions and Indonesian market.
Speaking at the event, Chairman Le Thanh Cung highly appreciates the business results in the first six months of 2013 and consents to extend the business in order to meet the demands of news markets. Provincial authorities will create favorable conditions for the Company to deploy its plan.
In December 05th, 2006, Orion Corporation (Korea) inaugurated its Orion Food Vina factory, specializing in senior confectioneries, principally Chocopie, Custas in My Phuoc 2 IP. This is the sixth factory in overseas and the first factory of Orion Corporation in Vietnam with the total capital of US$ 40 million and its productivity is estimated to annually gain over US$ 53 million.
