Feepayers are organizations and individuals that submit dossiers of requests for appraisal of environmental impact assessment reports and environmental improvement and restoration plans in the province.
Specifically, the fee for appraisal of environmental impact assessment reports:
In the case of projects with 02 groups or more: The fee rate for each project group has the highest fee rate.
Fee rates for appraisal of environmental improvement and restoration plans:
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment (Sub-Department of Environmental Protection) and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board are responsible for collecting fees and remitting all collected fees into the State budget as prescribed.
Sources of expenses for appraisal and collection of tolls shall be allocated by the State budget in the estimates of toll-collecting organizations according to the regimes and norms of State budget expenditure in accordance with law.
