Accordingly, applicable subjects include organizations, households, and individuals using online public service; agencies and organizations of fee collection which are the units assigned to collect fees; relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals.
Specifically, fees in the field of water resources were equal to 50% of the fee collection rate regulated in Clause 3, Article 1, Resolution No. 16/2021/NQ-HĐND on December 10th, 2021, of the Provincial People's Council on the collection, payment, management, and use of some fees in the field of water resources in the province.
The construction permit fee was equal to 50% of the fee collection rate regulated in Clause 2, Article 1, Resolution No. 71/2016/NQ-HDND on December 16th, 2016, of the Provincial People's Council on the collection, payment, and management of construction permit fee in the province.
The fee for appraisal of the environmental impact assessment report and plans for environmental improvement and restoration was equal to 80% of the fee collection rate regulated in Clause 2, Article 1, Resolution No. 02/2020/NQ-HDND on July 20th, 2020, of the Provincial People's Council regulating the collection, payment, and management of fees for appraisal of environmental impact assessment reports and plans for environmental improvement and restoration in the province.
The appraisal fee for adjustment of Environmental Lience under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee and District People's Committee was equal to 80% of the fee collection rate regulated in Clause 2, Article 1, Resolution No. 17/2021/NQ-HĐND on December 10th, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on collection, payment, management and use of appraisal fees for and adjustment of environmental licenses under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee and District People's Committees in the province.
The civil status fee was equal to 50% of the fee collection rate regulated in Clause 5, Article 1 of Resolution No. 73/2016, NQ-HDND on December 16th, 2016, of the Provincial People's Council on the collection and payment of civil status fees in the province (except for cases where fees are exempted from regulation in Clause 2, Article 1, Resolution No. 73/2016/NQ-HDND on December 16th, 2016, of the Provincial People's Council).
