The Sycamore project is deployed on an area of 18.9 hectares, located right at the entrance of Binh Duong New City (Hung Vuong Street), with a total investment of 18,330 billion VND. The project has a scale of 7 subdivisions, providing about 3,500 townhouses, villas, and apartments.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Mai Hung Dung - Standing Vice Chairman of the PPC highly appreciated the real estate project being invested in Binh Duong New City. This is a project in line with the province's policy which is to create suitable real estate values for many people, creating a worth-living place for residents. This project is in a special location in Binh Duong New City, and it is an important mark in the economic and urban development of Binh Duong province as well as in its diplomatic relations, which is also a premise for future investment and cooperation between Binh Duong province and Singapore partners.
