Currently, Binh Duong is launching the Ho Chi Minh City - Chon Thanh expressway, forming an urban industrial belt. The province is also one of the localities with a high urbanization rate (84%). The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that the South Korean Embassy will continue to support Binh Duong in promoting the development of cooperation with localities and South Korean partners in the fields of industrial development, and smart cities, especially high-tech, environmentally friendly, green energy industries, etc.

It is expected that in May 2024, the Korean Embassy in Viet Nam in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam and Binh Duong province will organize "Meet Korea 2024" in Binh Duong.
