Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Vo Van Minh said that the PAPI has 8 groups of common tasks, 29 component indexes; 120 sub-component indexes. In which, there are many contents related to people's evaluation. Therefore, governments at all levels must actively provide information to the people to show openness and transparency in management issues (land planning, poor households, social contributions) and issues associated with people's interests (rural transport, lighting, electricity prices used by workers). In the second quarter of 2022, each district directs down to each commune to conduct a survey and score PAPI at the commune level, this is a tool for local authorities to "review themselves" and improve their weaknesses.
