Specifically, the the rate of online public services generating dossiers reaches 80%; the rate of administrative procedures dossiers processed online reaches 50%; 100% of online public services are eligible to perform at levels 3, 4; the rate of dossiers handled by online public services at level 3 and 4 out of the total number of dossiers reaches 70% or more; the rate of digitization of dossiers, the result of administrative procedure settlement reach 100% (for administrative procedures received at the One-Stop-Shop section); upgrading the rank of provincial DTI (digital transformation index) to TOP 25, with a focus on improving the assessment scores in the categories of Digital Government and Digital Society; forming a shared data warehouse connected to the national database and providing open data of the province's state agencies to serve the development of digital government, serving the people and developing the economy - society; putting the IOC into operation phase 1 and initially forming the IOC of the District People's Committee: Thu Dau Mot City, Thuan An, Di An and Ben Cat Town performing on a number of services and fields for smart cities; developing and implementing the Digital Transformation Project for priority industries such as: Education, Health, Natural Resources and Environment, Transportation, etc.

Besides, developing digital infrastructure, digital economy and digital society with 90% of households having broadband fiber optic Internet; 90% of the population having a smartphone; e-invoice rate reaching 100%; the rate of enterprises using e-contracts reaching 50%; the rate of non-cash transactions in e-commerce services reaching 50% or more; the percentage of people aged 15 years and over who have transaction accounts at banks or other authorized organizations being 65 - 70%; putting 38 OCOP certified products in 2021 of the province on e-commerce platforms; support consulting enterprises, cooperatives, households with typical products suitable for achieving OCOP certification; striving to reach 100 small and medium-sized enterprises supported to use digital platforms for digital transformation in enterprises (SMEdx).
As for the implementation progress of the IOC, the province has implemented the initial steps and achieved certain results. In the coming time, the province will build mobile apps to serve people and enterprises provided on 02 mobile platforms (Android and iOS), meeting the communication requirements of people and enterprises with state agencies. Organizing the Ceremony to announce the establishment of the Provincial IOC.
At the meeting, representatives of departments, committees and branches discussed a number of tasks to be implemented in 2022 and the coming time. Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh requested the Department of Information and Communications, departments and branches to coordinate in reviewing the tasks to be close to reality, when implementing with high efficiency.
