​Accordingly, urgently organizing the implementation of the directives and conclusions of the Government, the Prime Minister and the guidance of the Ministry of Health at Telegram no. 1409/CD-BYT dated September 15, 2021 on testing and a number of measures for Covid-19 prevention and control when implementing social distancing, strengthening social distancing and disseminating it to all districts, towns, cities, communes, wards and commune-level towns; focusing on implementation in very high-risk and high-risk areas and regularly inspecting and monitoring to detect and promptly correct shortcomings and problems in the implementation process.

On the basis of implementation results, deciding to loosen the distancing according to the principle of implementing a roadmap and gradually lowering the risk level step by step, surely. In the at-risk (yellow zone) and new normal (green zone) areas, conducting testing with at-risk  groups and at-risk locations, in order to promptly adjust appropriate pandemic prevention and control measures.
