During the implementation process, depending on the needs of enterprises, employers and vocational learners, the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are responsible for summarizing and sending them to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for additional training fields.
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development guides localities to organize the implementation of regulations on agricultural vocational training for rural workers and implement plans to ensure the achievement of planned objectives; promote propaganda and raise awareness for workers about the importance of vocational training, application of techniques and technical advances to production in order to increase productivity and income for rural workers.
At the same time, coordinating with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to implement vocational training activities in the field of agriculture, creating a source of direct labor for agricultural production, ensuring the goal of transforming economic structure and rural labor structure; periodically every 6 months, annually provide data for the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to summarize and report according to regulations.
