​PORTAL - The Provincial People's Committee agrees to allow discharge on the 7th day for asymptomatic Covid-19 cases according to the proposal of the Department of Health and the direction of the Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee.

Accordingly, asymptomatic cases who are being cared for, treated at medical facilities, will be discharged on the 7th day when RT-PCR test is negative or have low viral load (value of CT ≥ 30) and continued medical monitoring and supervision at home and place of residence.

If the RT-PCR test cannot be performed, allowing to be discharged on the 7th day when the rapid antigen test result is negative and continuing medical monitoring and supervision at home and place of residence.

Cases that only use antigen rapid test results as a basis for collection, treatment and discharge are considered "people of suspected infection". All these cases are entitled to the regimes of people infected with Covid-19 during treatment.

The Department of Health coordinates with the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related units to implement in accordance with regulations.
