In which, reviewing and summarizing the data of injections performed and the number of injections updated to the system https://tiemchungcovid19.moh.gov.vn/ according to the actual number of injections; the number of injections entered into the system; the remaining number of injections has not been entered into the system. Entering newly and retrospectively subjects vaccinated against Covid-19 into the Covid-19 Vaccination System for management.
For the number of injections entered into Excel file but not yet updated to the system: Sending staff to standardize the data and update it to the system according to the instructions of Viettel. For the remaining number of injections that have not been entered into Excel file (saving the paper version): Mobilizing forces to assist in data entry, data posting, and review of the most basic information content of the people, including: Full name, sex, date of birth (day/month/year), mobile phone number, Citizen ID/ID number, insurance card number, ethnic group, nationality, province, district, ward (commune), detailed address of current residence, type of vaccine injected for the 1st dose, the injection day of the 1st dose, vaccine batch of the 1st dose, facility code injecting the 1st dose (According to Decision no. 4210/QD-BYT dated September 20, 2017 on standardization and format of output data used in management, assessment and payment of medical examination and treatment expenses covered by health insurance). If there is not a code, please contact the Viettel focal point in the province for support, guidance and code issuance.
For the forms with insufficient information as above, mobilizing the force to review and add sufficient information, then update it to the system to ensure the benefit of the person who has injected.
