The requisition period starts from August 22, 2021 until the task is completed.
The Department of Health organizes the handover, reception, management and use of requisitioned assets to ensure compliance with regulations and purposes. At the same time, coordinating with the Department of Construction and related units to prepare the necessary conditions to urgently deploy the establishment of a field hospital for Covid-19 patient treatment in Binh Duong province and organize its operation; advising the Provincial People's Committee to establish a Board of Directors of the field hospital to organize and manage the Covid-19 patient treatment as prescribed.
The Department of Construction presides over and coordinates with the Department of Health, Tai Phat Rubber Joint Stock Company and QP Group Joint Stock Company, based on Decision no. 212/QD-BXD dated March 01, 2021 of the Ministry of Construction and the actual situation of the province to provide specific guidance on construction scale and layout of functional areas, ensuring compliance with regulations.
The Department of Transport, the Provincial Police, and the People's Committee of Ben Cat town guide and create conditions for the means of transport to serve the construction of urgent works.
Binh Duong Electricity Company, Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company install electricity meters, water meters and drainage connections to ensure the operations of the field hospital and the quarantine area.
Tai Phat Rubber Joint Stock Company and QP Group Joint Stock Company are responsible for allocating sufficient funds to renovate the GSI Winery into a field hospital and quarantine area to be put into operation soon.
