Thuan An city needs to develop a very specific injection plan, do a good job of organizing and arranging time for people to safely inject, avoid forming a crowd, potentially risking pandemic spread.
Along with that, there must be reasonable and timely solutions to solve difficulties for the people, while maintaining the supply chain of goods and quickly deploying the social security support package to the disadvantaged and vulnerable people in society; focusing on sharing and supporting people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the area, not letting workers who lose their jobs, fall into difficult and extreme situations. Organizing and coordinating rapid response forces smoothly to wards, communes, quarters and hamlets, in association with assigning specific tasks to promptly and effectively handle reflections and pressing requests of the people, not to let the patient die at home due to not receiving timely medical support.
