Via Call Center 1022, press information, social networks, the System receives and processes information requested by people about emergency and hospital transfer; cases of infection, suspected infection, related symptoms such as cough, fever, contact with infected people, suspected infection; health care consultation for F0, F1; requests for relief and supply of food, foodstuff and essential goods during the time of social distancing; security, order and violations in the Covid-19 prevention and control and other requirements related to the Covid-19 prevention and control.
The System of Combat Information Centers inter-connects 03 levels of province, district and commune. In which, the Provincial Combat Information Center and Provincial Rapid response teams in the fields of emergency, medical support; relief; ensuring security and order. The Combat Information Centers of 09 districts, towns and cities and district-level Rapid response teams in the fields of emergency and medical support; relief; ensuring security and order. Establishing at each commune-level People's Committee at least 01 Rapid Response Team in the fields of emergency and medical support; relief; ensuring security and order, under the direct direction of the Secretary or the Chairman of the commune-level People's Committee to perform emergency response tasks under the direction of the higher-level Combat Information Center and the people.
In addition to Call Center 1022, each district-level Combat Information Center and commune-level Rapid Response Team establish and maintain a hotline phone number, assign people on duty 24/7 to receive and process information and requests from people immediately. The above phone numbers must be widely publicized on the media, to each person within the area of responsibility of each Rapid Response Team, each District People's Committee for people to know and contact.
The Department of Information and Communications presides over, and coordinates with the Department of Health and relevant agencies and units in advising the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate the mechanism and organization of activities of units in the System of Information across the province. Establishing and putting into operation on August 06, 2021.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities urgently establish the Combat Information Centers and put them into operation before August 09, 2021.
