According to reports, Bac Tan Uyen district currently has 10 communes and commune-level towns with a total population of over 68,000 people; in which, over 14,000 people are outside the province. This 4th Covid-19 pandemic wave has greatly affected the production and life of enterprises and people. Up to now, there have been two units carrying out to take samples for large-scale tests in the community, which reached 100% are Dat Cuoc and Lac An communes, and the remaining units are being urgently implemented. Thereby, in the district, there are over 800 F0 cases; in which, there are 621 local people and 215 non-local people working at companies.

Facing the complicated development of the pandemic, the locality has urgently implemented solutions aimed at firmly protecting the "green zone", gradually narrowing the "red zone", gradually repelling the Covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the district has established medical quarantine areas; treatment area for F0 cases; deployed checkpoints at entry and exit gateways, promoted community Covid Groups and rapid response teams; strictly implemented social distancing according to Directive 16 of the Government and the direction of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee. Bac Tan Uyen district has also completed the steps and is ready to put the district-level field hospital with a scale of over 200 beds at the district's new Medical Center into operation meet the local needs of treating Covid-19 patients.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Loi highly appreciated the proactive and expeditious implementation of effective pandemic prevention and control measures of the Party committee, government and people of Bac Tan Uyen district. However, before the complicated development of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the Secretary suggested that from now on, the locality should continue to perform well the rapid testing to trace F0 cases in the community to promptly detect and quarantine; further strengthen the investment in facilities, medical equipment as well as human resources to improve the quality of examination and treatment of Covid-19 patients. Along with that, the locality also needs to focus on social security, take good care of people's lives with the motto of "leaving no one behind"; quickly deploy vaccination for each priority group according to regulations, especially the frontline forces.
On this occasion, HDBank, a member of Sovico Group, also sponsored the locality with 01 ambulance and 02 high-end ventilators worth 2.5 billion VND.
