Specifically, there are 02 newly promulgated AP, 29 amended AP and 25 annulled AP within the scope of management and settlement functions of the Department of Justice.

This Decision amends and annuls a number of AP in the following areas: Notarization, Judicial Assessment and Criminal Record Certificate in Decision no. 2505/QD-UBND, dated August 31, 2020 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the announcement of standardized AP within the scope of management and settlement functions of the Department of Justice; jurisdiction of the district-level People's Committee and the commune-level People's Committee.
