banners, and distributing leaflets about the Campaign at key roads of the
province; "25 seconds of turning off the vehicle's engine" program; cleaning
at roads, alleys; mobilizing agencies, enterprises, production and business
establishments and households to respond to turn off lights and unnecessary
electrical equipment between 20:30 and 21:30, Saturday, March 27, 2021; mobilizing
to save 20,000 kWh of electricity in a 60-minute period of turning off the
lights of the campaign.
