Accordingly, activities towards Vietnamese Consumer Rights Day in 2021 will focus on implementing from the beginning of March and until the end of May 2021. State management agencies, social organizations and enterprises need to proactively organize activities or integrate, put into professional activities, business activities with contents to enhance the consumer rights.
During the peak shopping days, waves and seasons at the end of the year to the period before, during and after the Lunar New Year, enterprises need to build and maintain good relationships with consumers; proactively turn the responsibility to quickly and fully respond to the consumers' requirements and aspirations into the driving force for enterprises' development and competitive advantages in the market.
State agencies increase market supervision and inspection activities, promote the propagation, dissemination, reception and settlement of consumers' complaints and requests, and resolutely strictly handle acts infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
Social organizations need to clearly promote their role of representing and bridging consumers with state agencies and the enterprise community.
From March 2021 to April 2021, deploying to hang 700 banners, slogans and performing propaganda activities at headquarters of agencies, organizations, production establishments, business establishments, markets, supermarkets, shopping malls, on streets, in residential areas and public places with propaganda content against fraudulent goods, counterfeit goods, fake goods, poor quality goods.

Coordinating with the local Radio and Television Station to organize counseling, support and propaganda programs on consumer protection; workshops, coaching courses, training courses on topics of the year and other contents on the protection of consumer rights; organizing public events towards the consumer community, in which encouraging sports, cultural and social activities with high connection nature; organizing contests to learn about policies and laws protecting the consumer rights, etc.
