According to the report at the conference, despite the difficult situation, especially the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the leadership, concentrated and drastic direction of the Executive Board, the Standing Committee, and Provincial Party Committee and the efforts of agencies, units, the Congress of Party Committees at grassroots and higher levels took place on schedule and achieved the expected results, creating favorable conditions for the 11th Provincial Party Congress to be organized solemnly and in accordance with regulations, with the participation of 349 official delegates representing more than 48,500 party members in the whole province. Through assessment, organization of the congress achieved good results, met the requirements and the assigned tasks and reached the good success.
The success of the congress is shown on all aspects: Building the Congress Document; contributions to the Central Document; election of Executive Board and Delegation to attend the congress at higher level. The results of the Election Sessions at the Congress, especially the first meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, have been completely focused. The organization and service of the congress are also highly appreciated. In particular, during the Congress, there were a number of issues outside the agenda that were handled well, notably the program to support people in the Central region affected by the floods and send messages of the congress sharing with the people in the Central region through the closing speech of the Congress which left many good impressions, creating a positive spillover effect in the society.

Delivering a speech at the congress, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Mr. Tran Van Nam affirmed that the success of the 11th Provincial Party Congress has special significance, demonstrating high political will, determination and strong aspirations of the whole Party committee. This is a very important premise, creating an establishment and a solid foundation for the Party Committee, authorities and people of the province to organize the successful implementation of the goals and tasks set out by the Congress in the next 5 years. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee respectfully acknowledges and warmly commended the efforts, endeavors and contributions of all levels, sectors and all classes of people in the province for making positive contributions to general success of the congress.

On this occasion, the Provincial Standing Party Committee rewarded 09 collectives and 13 individuals; The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee rewarded 44 collectives and 67 individuals with excellent achievements in advising and serving for organization of the Congress.
