Accordingly, staff on duty of the System 1022 receives and updates incident information and shortcomings scene in the information processing application for telecommunications cable infrastructure; create a request form and transfer the request form to the most suitable infrastructure management units and the focal point of the Department of Information and Communications within 10 minutes.
The receiving point of the infrastructure management unit must receive the request form; forward the request form to the processing unit within 5 minutes.
The processing department assigns personnel to inspect the scene and verify information within 1 hour for urban areas and within 2 hours in rural areas. For false information (fake reports), or incident areas, shortcomings scenes without telecommunication cable infrastructure of their units, update (pictures are required) and finish process on application within 15 minutes after verification.
For the true reflected information and under the responsibility of the unit that needs to be handled immediately, coordinate with relevant units (if any) to fix the problem as soon as possible, update completion schedule into application. After troubleshooting is completed, report the results, update the post-processing image and finish the process.
For shortcomings reflection of telecommunications cable infrastructure (violation of regulations on peripheral telecommunications cable networks, but not seriously affecting traffic, safety, ... and related to many other infrastructure management units), follow 3 steps as belows.

Finally, the infrastructure management units implemented to handle shortcomings as the agreed time and plan; update the results (images) after processing and finishing the process.
For incidents detected by the infrastructure management unit themselves or directly receiving information from people, the unit shall organize troubleshoot in accordance with the law.
After the infrastructure management units complete the troubleshooting and rectification of the telecommunication cable infrastructure shortcoming and update the post-processing image of System 1022, the staff on duty of System 1022 must contact to the organization or individual that sent the feedback to inform the results and refer to their satisfaction with the results.
The System 1022 operator is responsible for storing all incident information, reflecting the shortcomings of the telecommunication cable infrastructure on the server to provide it to state management agencies upon request. The contents and results must be publicized on the System 1022's website.
Infrastructure management units participating in troubleshooting and remediation of shortcomings are responsible for updating information on progress, handling measures and results, etc into the application via the login account which is set up and provided by the System 1022 operator.
