​Accordingly, there are 65 standardized administrative procedures under the authority of the Department of Construction, the district and commune People's Committees in Binh Duong province. Specially, there are 49 administrative procedures under the authority of the Department of Construction; 13 administrative procedures under the authority of the district People's Committee; 01 administrative procedure under the authority of the commune People's Committee; 02 specific administrative procedures under the authority of the commune People's Committee.

All previous decisions announced the list and administrative procedures under the management and settlement functions of the Department of Construction, the district and commune People's Committee in Binh Duong province have ceased to be effective.
