Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Provincial Military Command, Provincial Public Security collaborating with relevant agencies hold a ceremony to visit the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery in a thoughtful, dignified and safe manner.
Departments, agencies, unions of the province, People's Committees of Thu Dau Mot City and Thuan An City organize cadres, civil servants, armed forces and people to attend the ceremony at the same time and place mentioned above.
In other districts, towns and cities, the time to visit the Martyrs' Cemetery shall be arranged by the People's Committee of the district or town.
