According to the evaluation results report, the State Bank of Vietnam topped 17 ministries and branches in the 2019 PAR Index with 95,40%. At the bottom of the ranking is Ministry of Transport with 80,53%.

Results PAR Index in 2019 of provinces, cities and Quang Ninh ranks first in the country, followed by Ben Tre province. Binh Duong reached 82,30 / 100 points, ranked 17th in the PAR Index and ranked in B group of provinces with an index of 80% - less than 90%.

The administrative reform results in 2019 of the provinces and cities had an average value of 81,15%, the highest in the last 4 years; 62 provinces and cities had an increase in the evaluation score compared to 2018.

The Red River Delta and Southeast regions are still the two regions with the highest average values, followed by the Northern Midlands, North Central and Central Coast, Southwest, and Central Highlands regions.

Regarding the satisfaction index of people and organizations for the service of the state administrative agency in 2019 (SIPAS), headed by Quang Ninh province; the province with the lowest satisfaction rating is Binh Thuan.

Binh Duong reached 88,2%, ranked first in the Southeast region and ranked 13th in the country, an increase of 2,9% compared to 2018 (85,3%).
