Attending the program were Tran Van Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial NA delegation; Ngo Duy Hieu, Deputy Chairman of Viet Nam General Confederation of Labor; Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Standing Party Committee, Head of Commission for Mass Mobilization of provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Vice- Chairwoman of provincial People's Committee and over 2,000 laborers.
At this event, provincial People's Committee through provincial Labor Confederation offered 10,035 packs of gifts totally valued at VND 5.2 billion to needy workers. In addition, Viet Nam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development presented 1,000 bus tickets. Mobifone offered 600 train tickets to workers. Kim Oanh Real Estate contributed VND 200 million. Binh Duong-based Vietinbank offered VND 100 million to needy trade union's members and workers.

The program "Tet sum vay" (Gathering in Tet holiday) took place from 25th to 27th January 2019 at provincial Centre for Culture - Sports and Labour Union with many significant activities including offering gifts to needy workers, performing music and songs, playing traditional games, stores of social welfare with preferential prices from 15% to 45%.
